The writing is satisfyingly fast paced and clever with a no holds barred approach to the graphic violence. The outcome is surprising and unexpected.The whole trilogy is excellent and well worth your time and money, especially if you can take the suspense, the violence, and the thought that most vampires are NOT sweet loveable teddy bears - a'la Twilight.
