Problem-solving is a desired skill that requires underlying issues and implementing solution. Interestingly, I’ve worked mainly in marketing where I’ve been in charge of media planning, buying, and optimization across the entire media landscape. Digital advertising is a rapidly evolving space and keeping up can be challenging. The complicated nature of digital marketing opens the door to many issues that requires creative problem solving and flexibility.I agree wholeheartedly with the insights this book shares. I like rapid and small corrective actions over heavy and charged improvement projects. That allows work-life to be better on the customers and the marketing team. That’s how I maintain my accounts personally, so I have no problem with asking the rest of the team to do the same. The author, in this book, shows how the best problem solvers can crack the code. Definitely this is one of the best books I've found to date.
