Our little ferret absolutely loves these! When they first came they had an extremely strong plastic type odor. I was worried it would hurt our ferret so we left them outside for a couple of days to air out. It helped a LOT! We let him try them out and he was like a kid in a candy store! His little tail will wag hilariously while in them and it's fun for us bc we can see his antics since they're see-through. The smell didn't seem to bother him. We've had them now for a couple of months and the strong plastic smell is thankfully all gone and our ferret still plays with these every single day! The best purchase!!!I bought this to use with the Pop-N-Play Ball Pit and my ferret has been having a blast with it. At first I thought it to be flimsy and would rip but my ferret pulls, bites and shakes the ends and it still is like new. It is by far his favorite toy! He runs through it pushing the Pop-N-Play balls and many of his other toys and also plays tag and fetch with me at the ends. I am going to buy another for the other tube hole in the Pop-N-Play. I recommend that you purchase both this Super Thru Way along with Pop-N-Play and extra balls. It doubles as a toy box! He is a happy "Dooker" with his toy!!Besides to smell the product was well-made to keep it flexed out you have to prop a pillow on top of it I put it on the TV tray in front of the fan and stretched out the hose for two days and that Aired it out and got rid of the smellIt’s my ferrets favorite thing to play with.Willow loves itThe smell of the tubes are why I didn’t put 5 stars but other than that my ferrets love them . You just have to have something holding them to stay stretched out. Other than that I have no complaints and my ferrets always have fun in them .It is super fun to stretch out and make a course with. I’ve wrapped it around things and made loops and knots in it and all 3 of my ferrets love chasing each other around in it!It works well for my ferret. I wish that it would stay extended without something holding it. It also seems to be made of coiled copper with plastic around it. So I assume cost of materials is pretty cheap.Don’t get me wrong, it works well, but I can see it easily breaking down if pups/ferrets are too rough with it.Have bought this product many times but NEVER AGAIN!. The plastic is thinner & they've changed the steel wire coil to soft copper which makes it constantly recoil, also it has the most awful chemical smell from the plastic, also one single little crappy cable tie to hold the whole thing together. Was excited for my lot to enjoy a new tube but they didn't go near it in 2 days. Such a shame, they've obviously swapped to cheaper materials while charging the same price £28. Bye bye Marshall! I'll find another as NONE of my lot are interested!I bought this when it was on offer last October. It arrived quite quickly to the UK so well in time for Christmas. I bought one of these about 10 years ago and it lasted really well, in fact I still have half of it left! I had had to cut it down over the years due to wear and tear and duct tape a few spots, so when I saw this I decided it was time to get a new one.It comes in a small box but don't worry it stretches right out. You may have to give it a good stretch a few times before it stays at full length. It does come with a smell.. a plastic like aroma that my Furballs didn't like one bit, however the smell disappears after a couple of days and they were soon chasing each other through it and having a Ferret good time.The quality of it seems pretty much the same as their old one so I'm hoping this one will last just as long. I used to clean the old one every 6 months or so by letting it soak in the bath with hot soapy water then swishing it about a bit.. Not the easiest to keep clean that's for sure but the outside at least is easy to rub down with a sponge, then just hang it over a door or such to dry. Time will tell if this one holds up for as long.All in all I am very happy... but most importantly the Fuzzies love it.. >'o'
