I really like these lights, rewired and replaced allThe factory lighting on a key west boat and the center console had similar lights to these. Chose the red colored lights. These look great, seem to be of decent quality, and the brightness is okay. I would have preferred a little brighter, but these do just fine.Used this to replace incondescent step lights on motorhome. They are a little bit smaller than original but close enough to work. They give off great light and work well.Note to boaters: This is not a surface mount unit (i.e., where only one extremely small hole must be cut for the wires). One must drill a sizable (1" + ) recess hole to accommodate this light. I returned it for that reason.my boat came with incandescent lights of a similar style. These mounted perfectly in the original holes. I replaced all of the lights on my boat with LEDs and really like the low amp draw and not having to change bulbs anymore. The three LED's were actually brighter than I anticipated for installing as accent lighting. I actually put screen between the light and the cover to dampen the light. Very easy installation, and nice white light. Very low profile after installation.Simple connection using the existing wires (red and black). Had plenty of extra wire and fit the previous light's two inch hole. Only problem I had was the screw holes did not align. Otherwise the lights look great and are flush.okGreat cabin light for my kayak. LED means low power consumption. This is a replacement of a 25 year old light. Too bad the screw holes are a couple of mm different, but otherwise this is perfect.Quality on a par with SeasenseNo problems, work wellperfectBon prix
