I love love love this book and the yummy recipes in it. I had been looking for awhile for a healthy pasta alternative that didn’t make me feel deprived and Hearts of Palm did the trick. I wasn’t expecting it, but it doesn’t stop at pasta… this book covers so many other options for the HOP. My faves are the olive spread, lasagna and pizzas. Have made some of these for friends and always get rave reviews! Recipes are easy to follow. Definitely recommended!
